  2. Apr 19, 2011  my TP2 software keeps telling that I'm missing traktor's.tsi.-Never had that problem with the S4 software, but after installing TP2 the same message pops up when running the it. Every time I start up the controller with one of the 2 softwares in need to make a mapping of some kind to let it work.

Many people have been having issues with loading in new tsi files which has been causing a few problems in their traktor settings. I have decided to upload a free tutorial on the different methods one can use in both the import and export operations within Traktor.

Before you go messing with your settings, always save your current settings, the first part of the video shows you how to do this. It is wise to label your saved presets with a name and a date so you can quickly see which save is which.

MANUAL MIDI INTEGRATION

If you’re using a controller that isn’t “TRAKTOR ready', you can often find pre-configured MIDI mappings (.tsi files) on the manufacturer's website, or by searching the web. If not, you can create your own MIDI map for any controller by using the controller manager in TRAKTOR’s preferences via the MIDI learn mode. MIDI maps can be saved for future use.
